Clients shall use Webionic.Com's services for lawful purposes only. Webionic.Com reserves the right to immediately terminate service to any client who violates any provision of this policy without incidental liability, refund, or continuance of any prepaid service fees. Hence, the following "unacceptable uses" are explained herein to insure the full understanding of this policy by the parties herein described as any Client and Webionic.Com, a.k.a. Webionic Designs and Internet Solutions.

Unlawful distribution or copying copyrighted software, violation of US export and/or import restrictions, harassment, fraud, trafficking of obscene and/or pornographic material, drug dealing, and other illegal activities. Webionic.Com reserves the right to report such illegal activities to federal, state, and/or local law enforcement authorities for appropriate action.

Spam
Unsolicited advertisements to numerous e-mail addresses or newsgroups and/or the generation of significantly higher volume of outgoing email than a normal user.  Spamming by third parties to promote a web site hosted by Webionic.Com; use of non-existing e-mail return addresses on commercial solicitations; subscription to a mailing list for another person without that person's permission; and, cross-posting of articles to an excessive number of or to inappropriate newsgroups.

Trolling
Posting outrageous messages to generate numerous incidental responses.

Mail-Bombing
Sending multiple messages without significant new content to the same user.

In addition to termination of service, Webionic.Com will charge One Dollar ($1.00) per email recipient for any such activity. Posting information, violating trademarks, copyrights or other intellectual property rights or intentionally inflicting emotional distress, posting of private, defamatory, scandalous, or information about a person without their consent constitutes violation to this policy.  In all instances, Webionic.Com reserves the right to determine what defines the term 'Net abuse'.

Any attempts, without authorization, to enter into a secured computer system. Hacking or otherwise altering of a site owned and operated by another person. Webionic.Com reserves the right to report such illegal acts to any, if not all federal, state, and/or local law enforcement authorities for appropriate action.

Webionic.Com reserves the right to amend, modify, or otherwise revise the provisions of this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice or warning.

Complaints about alleged violations of this Acceptable Use Policy should be forwarded to support@webionic.com for investigation and appropriate course of action.
