     Our community is established as a managed entity in the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia, the Fox Point Homeowners' Association, Incorporated (FPHOA) of Fox Point Subdivision is a member of the Virginia Property Owners Association, and is subject to the regulatory provisions under Section 55-508, et seq., Chapter 10, Title 13.1 of the Code of Virginia, of 1950, as amended.   The Board of Directors, which consists of volunteer residents, manage and/or oversee activities and operations in order to insure the continuous integrity of the community as well as maintenance of property values. Per the interest of FPHOA community, Board meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month.  Following are methods of which Board members can be contacted:
